With baited breath

Results are out. Which means that the advancement test that Will took in MARCH, we will finally know if he is being promoted. Since he works mids (9pm to 6am) we will have to wait until tonight because everyone and the uncle, cousin, brother, and all relatives in between are checking the site to see who made it. It sucks!!!!!!! So say a little prayer that Will will leave for work tonight a 3 rd class and come home a 2nd. With Fletcher here preparing to show himself any day, we could use the pay bump (even though we won't get it until September).

Proof

of my son's primate DNA. 2 shots of him on the table and the other is of Will and Aiden playing dress up at this really cool place called the Jumping Monkey. That right there says it all.

Monkeys of the world, unite!

It is a hot and muggy day here, so Aiden and I had our outdoor time early today. We go inside, I put the gates up and I go to use the rest room. Mind you it is right nest to the gate that blocks the stairs and I have the door open so I can hear all things. Evidently not good enough. I hear what I assume was Aiden slapping the dining room chair with his hand. So I finish my business, wash my hands and proceed out of the bathroom. That is when my heart stopped. There is my beautiful 14 month old son STANDING ON THE DINING ROOM TABLE! He had climbed the chair I thought he was slapping and was standing on the friggin table. He gave me his "looky what I can do Mommy" smile and proceeded to strut his stuff with his shoes on, all over the table. My girls never did this stuff. They were sneaky, he is overtly naughty! And please remind me why I am bringing another one of these naughty boys into the world?

And now the time is near

to face the music. We aren't ready at all for Fletcher's arrival. And it seems that he will be here before he is due. I went to labor and delivery today for this nasty pain I was having at the top of my uterus. Come to learn that this moose has decided to bruise his home and nicely. I have a bruised placenta and uterus. Then they check me internally. Mind you I am only 34 weeks and 5 days along, I still have over 5 weeks left. I have already dilated to 2 cm and 30% effaced. This is how unprepared we are. We have diapers, clothes, and a few other small things and that is it. It looks like next payday all of Will's check will be going to getting all that we need. This is what we get for procrastinating. LOL

Here are some pictures of Aiden enjoying (as if you couldn't tell he was enjoying) his pudding.

Another day

I keep promising myself that I will get better at keeping up with this blog but every day there is something that we need to go to or do. Monday, I spent the morning (ok a hug portion of the day) in Labor and Delivery because we hadn't felt the baby move in over 24 hours. After much poking, prodding, and repositioning, we finally got the boys heart beat. So they did an ultrasound to make sure he had room to move and fluid to float in and both of those were good. They still don't understand why he stopped moving or why I stopped feeling him. I still am not feeling him nearly as much as I was before Sunday, but he is still moving and getting his feet up into my ribs.

Tuesday - I don't remember much other then sleeping.

Wednesday I had to get my rogam shot and the girls and Will had softball practice.

Today - It was back to the doc again for my 32 week check up. Everything looks good. Measuring 4 weeks big but that is not a small baby in my uterus. Tonight is girl scouts and Survivor. LOL Those 2 could be intertwined for me at the moment.

Tomorrow will be a day where Will gets caught up on his school work and I clean the house. Then Saturday. 2 softball games, 2 sets of pictures, and all the fun stuff that has with it!

So that is it for the moment. Keeping busy with all the kids' activities and Aiden's never ending supply of energy. I have a foot stuck in my ribs and oh, Will has the prettiest black eye I have ever seen. Evidently he got into a fight with a table at work. Can't leave that boy unsupervised anywhere!
