Sleep, eternal sleep

My mother passed away today. I am numb and hallow and have no idea what to do now when i need my mommy, as i so often do. My heart is shattered into a million tiny pieces. What do I do now, where do i go from here. I am leaving for Oregon in the morning and Will and the kids will follow shortly after.

RIP mommy. I love you.

A night with the Admirals

Friday Will, Lauren, Aiden, and I went to a Norfolk Admirals (AHL Hockey tear, farm team for the Tampa Bay Lightening) game. It was a blast. We got to meet the mascots and one of the players (his jersey # 19, first name Justin). Aiden loved it. He was glued for the first 2 periods. Anyway, that is all I have time for. Here are some pictures from the game!

All about Lauren

Today was Lauren's award ceremony for all her certificates. Her teacher took a deep breath before getting to Lauren as she had the most awards from his class. She received Perfect Attendance, Outstanding Citizenship, BUG (Bringing Up Grade) Roll, and Honor Roll. She went up and got her awards, I took the pictures, kissed her on the cheek, and got teary. I was and am so proud of my fairy girl!

1000 Mommy tries to get to sleep so we can start all over again

Mommy - I am doing really well is school. After 4 weeks under my belt I am a straight A student. yippee! I am exhausted but doing everything I can to stay healthy. I see my therapist once a week to make sure i don't loose to much of my sanity.

Daddy - He is doing OK in school. He seems to have a harder time devoting the time he needs to get his work done but he is doing OK. Work is work and he can't wait to transfer to Norfolk next month.

Aileen has decided that Twilight shall rule her world. She has the second lead in One Act Play this term and once again has all A's on her report card (minus the b that she is fighting). We have allowed her to color her hair to express her inner drama queen and dark looks good on her.

Lauren made honor roll this term and got an A on her report card! She had all B's last term so she is also getting an award for bringing up her grade, a citizenship award, student of the month, and perfect attendance. Our little girl rocks.

Aiden is doing well with his speech and ABA therapies. He looks forward to going. He is regressing a little with destructive behavior but we will continue to work on that. He is also seeing a nutritionist to try to get his weight up.

Fletcher said his first sentence today. "I go her" he said while pointing at Aileen on the trampoline. He knew what he was saying and what he wanted and so did I. This is amazing. I wish i could describe how wonderful that was. We were communicating without sign, or screaming or confusion. It was wonderful.

Hopefully I will be able to budget in time so that I can blog and keep up with everyone!
