Is it?

Is it possible to prevent leg cramps, that you can eat to many bananas? After the week with Bex and then chasing 6 kids everyday for the next week, my legs are fried. And they aren't afraid to tell me. So on advise from Mommy and doctor, I have eaten enough bananas to have my opposable thumbs taken away.

I am done with the whole pregnant thing. That is gone, with a D!

I got cramps in my legs when i played basketball and my coach said to keep hydrated and eat bananas. You got good advice.

When I was pregnant, the Dr said it could be calcium deficiency, so in addition to water & bananas, maybe more milk or if not milk maybe adding a calcium supplement might do the trick.
